My bank account got debited with Rs 839.35 today as charges for adobe subscription, which i have never subscribed. I searched online and came to know that the charges can get refund if you cancel paid subscription before 14 days of usage. So, i cancelled it through google play store and When i contacted the customer care, no one paid heed to it.
Even after several tries, i am unable to get refund. Kindly consider.

I'm still being charged 17.84 € for Adobe Acropro Subs IRL AdobeLY/DEDE and this accounted has been canceled I( would like my money returned thank you

Hi @Robert Heafey,
Sorry to hear about your experience with Billing.
I checked your account registered with the Adobe Community and found an active subscription for Acrobat Pro on your account.
The subscription being active is the reason you are being billed.
Also, I checked that you contacted our support team, and the subscription was cancelled. But, it was repurchased on the 3rd of March, due to which you were charged.
Hope this clarifies your confusion.
