Cancellation and refund of adobe subscription

My bank account got debited with Rs 839.35 today as charges for adobe subscription, which i have never subscribed. I searched online and came to know that the charges can get refund if you cancel paid subscription before 14 days of usage. So, i cancelled it through google play store and When i contacted the customer care, no one paid heed to it.

Even after several tries, i am unable to get refund. Kindly consider.

i request for refund but they didnt accept it almost 20 min.pls help me

Contact Adobe Customer Care directly.

You will not get help for that here in the user-to-user support forums.
