I have subscribed to the export Tool for PDFs, but when i want to export a PDF as a Page it says that i need to subscribe the Tool.

if i click in subscribe it says that i still have a Subscription until 2018.

I have an IPad Pro an work with an Adobe App. I started subscription three days ago and it still does not work. Now I Need some help, please.

We have checked your account, and did find the subscription for Adobe Export PDF.

However, the subscription is not active, there seems to be some problem with the activation. Which is causing problem in the activation of service.

We request you to Contact Customer Care

Our billing team will go ahead and assist you for the same.
