As you have mentioned above that you have changed the device and the files that you are looking for were visible under the Local on your old device

This indicates that the files were saved in the phone memory of your old device.

So, if you look for the same files on your new device under the Local in Reader application, you will not find them.

If you still have that old device with you, please check your files there and save them to some location where you can find them easily.

You can also save them to Adobe Document Cloud so that you can use them on the new device.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Marinal,

Could you let us know if you are referring to the documents stored in Document Cloud? If yes, please try opening this link in a web browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/ , sign in if required> click Files> Document Cloud and check if the files are visible there. Also, check if the Adobe ID you are signing in with is correct.

Below is the screenshot:

Thanks,

Shivam

Have you tried going into the 'Local' section under app's interface and see if the documents are visible:

You may refer to the "Finding files" section in this link for the same: Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Getting started with Acrobat Reader on iOS
