Ah.. I have the same problem. The message should be " Access Denied".
I am not using decrypted Pro edition, just the free Acrobat Reader DC, downloaded from adobe.com

As you get the access denied error message, did you check if you can log in to your Adobe account?
If not, please open the link Adobe ID and try to login with the same email address and password that you use on the mobile application.
Did you ever use the application before?
