Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.
The pdf file that you haven't been able to open, is that a specific pdf file or you haven't been able to open any file?
Do you get any specific error message when opening file? And what is the exact location of the file, is it saved on some cloud storage?
If yes, then save the file locally on device and then try again.
If it still doesn't work then you may share the file with us, we would like to test the same at our end and will see whether its an issue with the file or application itself causing the problem.
