Cant access liquid mode

When I try to enable liquid mode in a pdf it shows that it isn't available yet.... it also gives an error like this file can't be processed at this time ... it keeps on coming again and again.

Could you please share the screenshot of the message that appears? Does this happen with a particular type of PDF?

Also, please share the application and OS version on the device.
