Hi,
Would you please provide more information so that we can assist you?
What is the version of Acrobat Reader that you are using? Do you have the desktop or mobile version of Acrobat Reader?

In Acrobat Reader, would you tap "My Account" and check the status of Adobe Export PDF subscription?
Does it show "subscribed" in gray or "subscribe" in green?
I noticed that the version of your Adobe Reader is 16.06.07. The latest version is 16.12.15 (as of January 11, 2017).
I'd recommend updating to 16.12.15 and restart your device to see if it helps.

It means that Adobe Acrobat Reader thinks "not subscribed" most likely due to a delay in processing your subscription, whereas the Apple App Store knows "already subscribed".
When did you purchase the Export PDF subscription? According to the following forum post, it can take up to 24-48 hours to process.
Re: paid subscription yet it still says i have a free account
Please try again tomorrow. The problem should go away, and you should be able to export PDF to other file formats.
If the problem still persists after 48 hours from the time of your purchase, would you please visit the Document Cloud PDF services forum and ask Adobe Customer Support staff to check your subscription status or any other service/subscription-related issues?
Alternatively, you can contact Adobe Customer Care.
I wish I could do more to help. But I am not Adobe Customer Support staff and do not have access to customer or subscription information.
