Hi rodrigoc19355499,

Your previous reply was empty.  You must have attached a screenshot to your email reply.   But the Adobe forum does not accept email attachments.

Please open this link (cant convert after subscribed c ) in a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.), sign in, and post a screenshot.

Thank you.

Hi rodrigoc19355499,

It looks like you tapped g a wrong button to export a PDF document.

To export a PDF document to other file format

  1. Open a PDF document that you would like to export.
  2. Tap the square button in the upper-left corner to open the Tool Switcher.

  3. Tap "Export PDF" in the Tool Switcher.

  4. Select a file format for export.
  5. Select a language for text recognition (if applicable).
  6. Tap the "EXPORT PDF" button at the bottom.

In Acrobat Reader, would you tap "My Account" and check the status of Adobe Export PDF subscription?

4.png

Does it show "subscribed" in gray or "subscribe" in green?

I noticed that the version of your Adobe Reader is 16.06.07.  The latest version is 16.12.15 (as of January 11, 2017).

I'd recommend updating to 16.12.15 and restart your device to see if it helps.

It is showing "subscribe" in green!

It means that Adobe Acrobat Reader thinks "not subscribed" most likely due to a delay in processing your subscription, whereas the Apple App Store knows "already subscribed".

When did you purchase the Export PDF subscription?  According to the following forum post, it can take up to 24-48 hours to process.

Re: paid subscription yet it still says i have a free account

Please try again tomorrow.  The problem should go away, and you should be able to export PDF to other file formats.

If the problem still persists after 48 hours from the time of your purchase, would you please visit the Document Cloud PDF services forum and ask Adobe Customer Support staff to check your subscription status or any other service/subscription-related issues?

Alternatively, you can contact Adobe Customer Care.

I wish I could do more to help.  But I am not Adobe Customer Support staff and do not have access to customer or subscription information.
