Yesterday I used Adobe Acrobat XI pro to edit a PDF and click "save" once. The change made in my desktop computer was displayed properly., and then I sent the pdf to email and opened the email with iphone 7. However, the change made could not be displayed on iphone 7 and iphone 5S.
If I clicked "save" more then once, or the pdf file was saved as another file, then the changes made were displayed properly in both iphone and desktop computer.
Is there compatibility issue between Acrobat and IOS10?
There shouldn't be any compatibility issue with the mobile application.
Is it Adobe Acrobat Reader that you are using as mobile application?
Also, Is it just one particular document which is causing problem or its same with the multiple document?
Hi, Akanchha :
May I have your email? I could forward the pdf to you, and you could open the file by windows 10 and Iphone to compare the difference.
I apologize for the delay in response.
I would request you to please check the private message. I have shared the email via private message so that you can share your document with us.
I installed Acrobat reader in Iphone 7, and the PDF file was read properly. Therefore, it seems the issue is related to PDF viewer in iphone 7.
Thanks for sharing the update that its working fine with Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application on Iphone 7.
Let us know if there is any further assistance is required.
Hi - I also made a topic about this. Text that we inserted with "Edit Document Text" is missing some times when we open pdfs on Acrobat Pro for iPad. Please see my post from two weeks ago for further details. Thanks.
Today I tested Android system. The changes in PDF file were displayed correctly in Samsung cell, but not in Iphone 7.
