Combining files in Adobe document cloud...receiver cannot open.

HI

I am using the "combine files" feature to put multiple documents into one document. The combined document is then sent to members by using the "copy link" feature.  The "copy link" is placed as a link in an email to the group.  Several members of the group can open it and several cannot.  One of the members that cannot open it says he gets a message that says "encountered an unexpected error."  He is using an ipad to open the document. 

Do you know why he would get this message?  It has worked before!

Sorry for the delay in response.

You have mentioned above that you create a link to PDF and send it via email.

We have tried replicating the behavior at our end, however, the files open without any issue.

Please confirm if the issue occurs only with the mobile application.

Would you mind sharing the workflow that users used to open the document and screenshot of the error message they receive?

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Is it possible to share the document with us? We would like to check it on our end.

We just sent out another Board packet through the "combine files" feature.

I still have Board members that cannot open. The last one did note that it

"wouldn't open on his iPad but when he forwarded it to his home computer,

he was able to access it." What could be happening on the iPad that would

cause this? If there are any causes, please send instructions! Thank you!
