Comments in Acrobat reader (android device) disappear

I added comments in Acrobat reader (Samsung Android device) on a PDF-file and saved the PDF.

When reopening the PDF all comments disappeared - irrecoverable.

All rights on the PDF-file are enabled!

any recommondations - or ideas?
