Crashing when selecting text

Since the last uptade, there is a problem with my Reader. When I try to select a text to highlight, the application closes the file and returns to the upper menu. Same in any files. Is it an inconsistency between the update and my device's android version (it is 4.2)?

Can you please tell me what's going on?

Thank you very much.

Hi hicabik18632305,

Could you please confirm the version of Acrobat Reader app installed on the device?

To do that, launch the app>tap 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen>Help

Tap three vertical dots again and select About Adobe Acrobat

Have you tried using other options- Strikethrough/Underline text?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. My Reader version is 17.0 and the problem is not

about highlighting.. It occurs when I try to select texts.. Before

highlighting or underlining.

Is it possible that the problem stems from the last update? Maybe there's

an incompatibility between the update and my device's android version..

Thank you very much

Regards,

H. Kaynak
