Document Cloud stops saving the changes made in PDF - Android

Hallo,

ich nutze auf einem Samsung Tablet die Document Cloud um PDFs zu bearbeiten und abzuspeichern. Allerdings werden diese auf einmal nicht mehr gespeichert, obwohl noch genügend Speicherplatz vorhanden ist (20 GB Speicher durch Export-Abo). Das bedeutet, dass z.B. Änderungen in den PDFs auf anderen Geräten nicht mehr sichtbar werden. Desweiteren lassen sich nun auch einige PDFs auf dem Tablet nicht mehr öffnen, mit der Meldung, dass der Speicher voll sei, wobei nur ca. 250 MB gelegt sind. Bitte um schnelle Hilfe, Danke.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Could you please try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Then sign in again and check if the changes made on PDF still not uploads to Docuent Cloud.

 

 If you still get the error message while opening the PDF on tablet from Document Cloud, please let us know.

It would be helpful if you can share the error message appears when you try to open the PDF.

rebooting worked so far, no more messages are showing up and the PDFs are saving again. I let you know if the errors come up again. Thank you for your help.
