I have problems transferring files from iPad in adobe acrobat to document cloud throws error. What can be or are there problems with the app?

Hi Brandos,
As you mentioned, you receive an error when trying to transfer/save files to Document Cloud. Please share the error message with us.
I did check your account via the email address you have used to sign-in to the Community. You have only 2GB of storage available for Document Cloud. Please ensure that you have not used your complete storage.
