Hi Zarah_fer,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The options "Edit PDF" and Organize pages are only available to the subscribed users.

As you have mentioned that the options are not available either you have not signed in to the application or not a subscribed user.

As you have mentioned that you use comment and send the file as an attachment.

However, when you open the file, it is an empty form.

Could you please confirm if you are adding comments to the file or you trying to fill the PDF form?

Please elaborate on the issue and share the exact workflow.

Let us know if you need any help.

If the issue is already resolved to update the thread.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Beva,

Sorry for the delay in response.

You can edit PDF on iPad only if you have the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.

Make sure that you are signed-in to the application on iPad with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the service.

To edit PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader on iOS device, refer to the steps mentioned below.

- Open the PDF in the application.

- Tap on the pencil icon provided at the bottom right of the screen in a blue circle.

- Select "Edit PDF" from the list that appears.

- If you are referring to add comments to PDF, then select "Comment" from the list.

Check the screenshot below.

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

How come I can no longer edit my forms in pdf? I do not have the “Edit PDF” option. I can only see “comment” and “fill&sign”. If i use comment, and send it as an attachment, when you open the file, it’s just an empty form. Previous version was more useful than this new version. This is just too troublesome.
