Ich kann seit dem neuen Update innerhalb eines Kommentars keine neue Zeile beginnen, denn beim Drücken der Entertaste wird der Kommentar gespeichert. Gleiches gilt für Notizen als Text am Rand. Das ist sehr störend!

Hi Julia,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please check the latest update for Acrobat Reader. Also, for testing purpose if possible you may try it on any other mobile device.

Hi Juliab,

Could you confirm the device you are working on? Is it a mobile device or desktop?

Testes the same and this issue is not reproducible at our end, neither on Acrobat mobile nor on desktop.Pressing the enter key within the comment moving it to next line rather than saving the comment. Unless you don't press the "Save" (on Acrobat mobile)

Please share your device OS and check the OS update (if using mobile)

Regards,

Akanchha

Hello!

Thanks for your message!

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Model SM-T580

Does that help?

And Adobe Acrobat Reader: Version 17.4.1.178813

The problem exists since the last update.

And I also have tried to change from SwiftKey Keyboard to Samsung Keyboard.

It stays the same...

Thanks for your help

Julia
