To add the files I did the following steps

1- connected the phone using the cable

2- lunched iTunes

3- clicked iphone button

4- clicked apps tab

5- scrolled to file sharing

6- selected adobe acrobat

7- clicked add and add the folders

Also I can open the folder with no problem on the computer.

Hi gergesm3625060,

Could you please try once to upload the file to Document Cloud from your desktop.

Then sign in to your account on your iOS device and try to open that file from Document Cloud.

Check if the file opens without any issue.

Also, can you share that file with us? We will try to replicate the issue at our end.

If you can share the file, please refer the steps provided here: How to share a document

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
