Feature subcribed but not able to use

I have subscribed for combine feature and I am charged 603 INR per months.. when I try to access. It throws error saying feature will be available in few minutes.. it has been 20 hours and still no luck.. pls help me with the issue

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked that you are subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack service that you have purchased from Google Play Store.

The service shows as active and seems to be working fine.

Please make sure that you are signed in with the same email address that you used to purchase the service.

If you are still not able to use the feature, let us know what exactly happens when you try to access the feature.

Do you get any error message? If yes, please share.

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
