Files do not appear in the reader application.

Hi, I have a new iPhone i cannot see any files in adobe reader  App version 19:11:01. I can see them on my iPad I can see them through the web page when I log into the document cloud on both my phone and iPad. I have reinstalled the phone app but I still can't see any files. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you are using the application on the new device, please ensure that you are signed in to the Adobe Acrobat Reader using the same credentials that you use on other devices.

If you are referring to the files that are saved locally, they will not show on the new device.

 

Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

The try re-installing the application and sign-in again. Then check if the file appears.

 

Let us know how it goes.
