fillable, flattened, PDFs sent from PDF expert end up unsent in my outbox frequently. ipadmini

emails have trouble sending from the PDF app on my ipad mini. the app and the OS are up to date. emails will go unsent in outbox

Hi Justapoolguy,

From the above description, if we understand correctly you are sending the pdf file using the Adobe Reader iOS app via email option available in the app and the pdf is unsent and stays in the outbox of the email configured?

  • Check the application updates in the AppStore, if it is up-to-date then you may try "Sign-Out" and "Sign-In" in the application.
  • Also, it could be a temporary issue with the network which is blocking the email to send out. Try a different network for testing purpose generally that works in such scenario.
