filling interactive document on ipad

I create interactive pdf document on acrobat reader on windows secured by password for editing and copying. User without password can fill in data in the document. It works on windows well but if I want to fill document on adobe acrobat reader on ipad it needs password. It works on app fill and sign but in this app you can make textfield everywhere you want and my document lost textfields which I made on Windows.

Remove the password security and it will work.

It works without password. But I need password against editing document. Filling in is allowed.

You need to use password only if you want to edit document. It will not works anyway just for filling in ?

You can fill the form on Windows or Mac.
