i have just noticed I'm getting charged for two subscriptions of adobe and I had no idea!
im not great with technology and only subscribed for the cheap/month normal subscription. But I just noticed in my bank statements that o also had been billed for a completely different subscription of adobe for an entire year and I barely even use the 'normal' site! How the heck am i getting billed for this second yearly subscription, when the last thing a technology challenged person like me wants, is an extra bit of space taken up on my phone from something that costs an arm and a leg and isn't getting used, nor will it, so I can pay out more money that I actually 'don't have' and hope that a real invisible money tree comes down a non-existent chimney for Christmas cause I won't actually be able to afford to live in a house at all!!!!
ivetried looking for a way to contact adobe but this is the only resolution or close to contact I've found anywhere to let them know that I want a refund of what I was charged over something I didn't actually order please!!! I already had a subscription with you! Why the hell would I need two?
