Getting charged for 2 adobe subscriptions

HELP!

i have just noticed I'm getting charged for two subscriptions of adobe and I had no idea!

im not great with technology and only subscribed for the cheap/month normal subscription. But I just noticed in my bank statements that o also had been billed for a completely different subscription of adobe for an entire year and I barely even use the 'normal' site! 
How the heck am i getting billed for this second yearly subscription, when the last thing a technology challenged person like me wants, is an extra bit of space taken up on my phone from something that costs an arm and a leg and isn't getting used, nor will it,  so I can pay out more money that I actually 'don't have' and hope that a real invisible money tree comes down a non-existent chimney for Christmas cause I won't actually be able to afford to live in a house at all!!!! 

ivetried looking for a way to contact adobe but this is the only resolution or close to contact I've found anywhere to let them know that I want a refund of what I was charged over something I didn't actually order please!!! 
I already had a subscription with you! Why the hell would I need two?

As you have mentioned above, you are getting charged for two subscriptions.

We have checked your account using the email address used for signing in to the community.There is only one service listed under that account.

Could you please let us know the service name that is listed on the bill?
