Hi,

You can access Drive via shared URL links with anyone who wants to share a file with you their files that are stores in Google Drive cloud.

This method will open up a PDF document in your default web browser and will be displayed there. It won't download and open up in Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app natively like it should.

You have to manually save from the browser to a local folder in your mobile device.

But you can also install Drive in your Apple mobile device.

Be advised that, in both methods, when you access google drive pdf document they will always open in a browser with google's own PDF viewer plugin. It doesn't allow to configure Adobe Acrobat plugin or other alternatives.
