Help need to identify this

Does anyone have an idea what is causing this to pop up on my Samsung 8S+ smartphone?

It's been about 4 days now. I've uninstalled Adobe Air and disabled notifications from most apps that I thought was causing it, all to no success.

We apologise for the inconvenience faced by you. Can you please try clearing the app's data ? To clear app data Open Settings app -> Apps -> Adobe Acrobat -> Storage -> Clear data. Do remember that clearing data would reset your local Settings of reader app.
