Help with transfer from Android phone (Acrabat) to IPad (Dropbox)

I have used Android since my first phone 20yrs ago.  I have been downloading knitting patterns for 5 yrs on  Adobe Acrabat and my son got me an IPad this Xmas where knitting patterns can be downloaded to an app called KnitCompanion via Dropbox.  I can't find out how to transfer those patterns from Acrabat on my Android phone to Dropbox on my IPad.  Please HELP!

Well DropBox is in the cloud, so you'd just need to find how to send from Acrobat Reader on Android to your own DropBox account.
