I assume you are referring to how you can access a converted pdf on document cloud? Or is that something else you are looking?

Depending on how you have converted a pdf file, you can access the Document Cloud either going online on https://documents.adobe.com/ 

Or refer to the help document -Where are my Adobe Document Cloud files?
