How can I rename the file before saving it (to the cloud or as a copy on my Android phone)?

When I receive/download/scan files as a pdf, I don't seem to be able to rename it before saving it (neither as a copy nor to the cloud)

Leaving the filename as an arbitrary string that is useless when browsing through the list

So with using "Acrobat Reader for Android"

(1) Is there any option to rename the file BEFORE saving it?

(2) is there a way to rename the existing saved files as well?

Hi MyBoss,

See if the data here works for you:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managefilesfolders.html

Part of the issue is that Acrobat Mobile needs to have complete access to a file before renaming so you do have to save it to the cloud and then you can rename. Unfortunately it does seem that you cannot rename a file on your phone, it has to be in the Cloud to rename. (Curious omission I admit.)
