I am trying to print a document with background colours from an Android Tablet using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The background isn't printing. I have searched the rudimentary print options and can find nothing to change this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you are trying to print PDF from the Adobe Acrobat Reader applicaiton, there are not many settings available for printing in the mobile application. You can only select if you need to print the document in color or in Black & White.

Please check the printer settings that you have connected the device.

Could you please let us know if it is just the background color that is not printing?

Did you check if this is an issue with a particular PDF that you print from the application?

Share the application and OS version on the device.

Let us know your findings.

Regards,

Meenakshi
