Payed for app because i wanted to be able to combine files but adobe took my money and that function is all for show it doesn’t work how many people are having same issue we should all get our money back

Sorry for the delay in response.
I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign in to the forum.
You are subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack which is a bundle of Adobe Document Cloud services.
As you have the Adobe PDF pack subscription, you can combine PDFs in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application.
Would like to inform you that you will be able to combine only PDFs, not other formats file.
To use the combine feature, you need to sign in to the application with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the service.
If you are experiencing any issue when combining the files, let us know.
Also, confirm if the issue is already resolved.

I tried to combine files as well and now the two attempts are spinning. Never combining and I am unable to select them in order to delete because they are still in the process of being combined. This started three or four days ago.
