Every time I try to send a protected pdf if gives me a "timed out" message???

Restart your mobile device and try to open a different PDF and check if you are getting the error message.

Could you help me with some details to understand your issue in a better way:

Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files?

Is it a Android or IOS and what is the version of the OS installed?

Is it a PDF form or PDF with text?

Try to install the latest version of Adobe Reader Mobile app.
