I wasn't able to cancel my subscription on time two days ago. I reached out to Google for refund but they told me that the payment was already transferred to Adobe and they should be the one to assist me regarding my refund request. They also gave me a transaction ID to track my payment. I sent an email to acrobat-android-support but I heard nothing from them yet so, I tried to talk to live chat about it. Then I was told that Google was the one that should cancel and refund my subscription. I talked to Google again and they insist that it's the developer's job to handle refunds. What should I do? I want my money back.
