Are you asking how to actually to sign in with Adobe Acrobat Mobile app or are you asking that you are trying to sign in with thr Adobe app and nothing happens?

As you have mentioned above that you want to sign in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application.

Could you please confirm if you are trying to add signature to the document?

If yes, you can use the Fill & Sign tool to add signature or fill the form.

Just to inform you, mobile applicaiton do not support the digital certificates. So, incase you are trying to add digital signature to the document on mobile application, it is not possible.
