Indented bookmarks in Acrobat Mobile

I opened a PDF in Adobo Acrobat Mobile.

Created one level of bookmarks for chapter headings.

How do I now add section headings?

I can add more bookmarks, but they appear after the last chapter, i.e. in chronological order of creation, and are not indented.

Not possible in Acrobat Reader on Android or iOS.
