IOs: MDM & DEP enviroment. What  Configuration Key, Value Type, Configuration Value will stop cloud sync (trying to stop space issues)

I am using AirWatch. Support advised if I have the above info I can code it to prevent the cloud baised apps we use like Adobe Reader, Scan, ect from syncing all the users data to the iPad. We are having severe space issues and I need to block this sync for this reason. Anyone able to assist?

Hi kevins,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to disable cloud sync in acrobat reader, is that correct?

Could you let us know the version of acrobat reader you are deploying in your environment?

Hello,

Thank you for the assistance. Yes, I manage 700+ iPads and the users log

in with their Adobe accounts and the cloud documents are synching to the

device. This is causing space issues for us. I'm trying to gather the

below information to plug in to my MDM (AirWatch) to stop the cloud sync.

Unless there is a better way to stop this, It has to be an option that I

can do, relying on the user to uncheck settings in their account will

never get done.

As far as the version, its the current App available on iOs (iPad. iPhone)

which looks to be 18.11.01

Thank You,

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for sharing the info. The version you mentioned above does not currently support configuration on deployment. The product team may that capability in the coming year.
