I am no longer able to use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.
I previous had InTune/Company Portal with a company I used to work for, and it looks like they took control of Acrobat at the time, and I am now still being impacted by this control.
I have since left the company, removed the MDM profile and also removed Company Portal.
However, Adobe Acrobat is still forcing me to login via a web frame to my old company’s InTune portal. I am long gone from the company, so no chance of my login details working anymore.
Uninstall and re-install of Adobe Acrobat makes no difference - still forces me to the web frame to log into a place where I no longer have an account.
Is there a way to force delete all traces of InTune? Adobe Support has been hopeless and unable to comprehend this issue.
To recap - I have
1) Remove all Device Management profiles (upon leaving company)2) Uninstalled Company Portal (upon leaving company)3) Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and re-installed (multiple times, no luck)
Screenshots of the error messages I get are below:
all our workers at my workplace has the same problem now.
