iPad’s files removed after update.

’m on iPad and after the update, most of my important files got removed! There’s nothing on my local files by the way. Many years of hard work los.

Hi Erickg,

As you have mentioned above, you have lost most of the files.

Are you referring to the files on Document Cloud and Local? Or just the local files?

In the new Acrobat UI, go to Files > Locations > On this iPad/iPhone.

Check if you can find those file there.

Please let us know

(a) If you cannot find local files in the new Acrobat UI (Files > Locations > On This iPad/iPhone).

Or

(b) lost local files because you have uninstalled Acrobat?

For situation (b) local files are gone permanently. It may be possible to restore from iCloud or iTunes backup. You may see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

Please also let us know the current version of the application installed on your device.
