Is there a way to move files from Document Cloud to Local?

Ive tried everything, surely there must be a way? Isnt the whole point of Document Cloud to transfer files between devices, and download them permanently?

when I select to MOVE a file from Document Cloud, the Local directory does not show up on the list.

There is a way to transfer files from one Cloud storage to another. https://www.indabaa.com/transfer-files-between-cloud-storage-services/​.

If you want to download files from cloud storage then you simply need to select that files and choose download option. But don't know why its not showing in local directory.
