Adobe Acrobat_ version 18.01.15

_iOS iPad Air 2 = 11.2.2

_iOS iPhone 7 = 11.2.2

_iOS iPhone 7+= 11.2.2

*This is a common occurrence recently on multiple iOS devices, not sure if it is the updated Adobe or Updated iOS.

Quick Summary:

-After typing in full reports (we use for Fire Protection) that are Fillable pdf reports, we had no problem in the past for years completely. Suddenly/Currently after we type in all the information and either back out to menu in Adobe Read to Save/current work, or open in, or air drop, or any share option. It Says failed and returns back to the main adobe screen which deletes all inputted text; which then has to all be reenterend/data information.

Attemtped/Failed Solutions Tried:

-Switched to a different Device = Same issue

-Deleted ADOBE/ReInstalled = Same Issue

-Restarted Phone/iPad = Same Issue

-Cleared all local/recent files= Same Issue

-Signed out of account on adobe = Same Issue

-Cleared Cache on iPhone/iPad = Same Issue

*please please get a quick fix on this, we are continuing more buildings today and i have to use a 3rd party PDF app which is NOT useful at all and i am spending about 50% more time per file on it, rather then Adobe PDF which is more user friendly. Feel free to reach out to me as well if needed.
