Where is customer support? I pay $9.99 to access and use Adobe PDF Converter and Editor. Yet, I am NOT able to access this premium services. For example, I can not compress or export PDFs. I also can not combine files either. I pay a monthly subscription for these premium features, but the App continues directing me to a 7-day Free Trial + Subscribe page. I try to re-subscribe or restore the purchase; however, I get the message attached below. How do I recover my PDF files which were previously saved to the ICloud and restore my pro / premium features?
