Where is customer support? I pay $9.99 to access and use Adobe PDF Converter and Editor. Yet, I am NOT able to access this premium For example, I can not compress or export PDFs. I also can not combine files either. I pay a monthly subscription for these premium features, but the APP continues directing me to a 7-day Free Trial + Subscribe page. I try to re-subscribe or restore purchase; however, I get the message below. How do I recover my PDF files which previously were saved to the ICloud?

Are you saying that this is happening even if you're signed-in in the mobile app with your Adobe ID?
