Missing Add Attachment, add Stamp, and Mouse Drawing Tools

I recently downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader app for my iPad Pro and have a DC Pro subscription. I notice I do not have the same features I have on my desktop such as Add Attachment, add Stamp, and Mouse Drawing Tools. Is there somewhere I am not looking where these features may be hidden? I searched everywhere and I am unable to access these features. 

I have attached screen shots from my desktop and my iPad Pro screen.

The mobile app currently have limited features as compared to Desktop app: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/workingwithpdf.html However, more features will be added in future.
