My adobe acrobat app can't log in automatically

帐号登录后,关闭app,再次打开app就必须重新登录。而adobe scan却不要重新登录。

Could you please confirm, if you are referring that the application does not keep you logged in?

If that is the case, please provide us some details as asked below:

- Please confirm if you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader or the Adobe Scan application

- Share the exact version of the application.

- What is the make and model of the device? Also, let us know the OS version on the device.

您好,我的adobe acrobat版本是19.2.1.9183(google play store下载的)。打开登录后关闭,再次重新打开就是非登录状态。以前没有这样的问题。同样是你们贵公司的app adobe scan(版本19.03.28)就没有这样的问题,登录后再打开,保持登录状态。感谢回复

Did you check if the issue occurs only with the Adobe applications on the device?

Also, please let us know if the issue occurs on an alternate device. Try to use the application on an alternate device and let us know how it goes.

Does one plus 6t have the same Android version?

Also, please confirm if you are referring that the issue occurs with the Adobe Scan as well.
