My most recently saved PDF replaced my previously existing files

I saved a revised copy of a PDF doc on my IPhone XR. Oddly, that newly saved file has erased & replaced all previously existing saved PDF documents. What happened?

I don't have no iphone or computer never did. So who ever used them on my files is a fraud
