My typed information is not staying where i typed it on a form

I have a premium subscription and using my IPad. I am attempting to fill out some PDF forms. The info i type will not stay in the place i type it. As i move down to more pages and blanks to fill out some of my info moves down as well. When I move up to review my answers information is missing.

Not sure if i need to "save" of check some boxes to keep this form happening?

BTW, I saved this form as a PDF from an email.

You don't need a subscription when you fill forms with the free Acrobat Reader.

I was having a lot of issues with the free one. So I tried it with a
subscription. However, that did not help. I think there must be an issue
with the forms i am suing. The top few pages work just fine. The next set
of forms carry the information down to the following pages while removing
it from the page above. So, if i fill out boxes on page 5, it will get
removed and dropped down to page 6 or 7 as i try to fill them out.
