Na de laatste update vandaag 02 10 2018 kan ik geen koppelingen meer openen in de documenten; After the latest update 2 october 2018 it is not possible to open links in de cuments.
How to solev that problem? Very important tool!!!! I mean the links in a document.

Try once to sign out from the application and reboot the device.
Then relaunch the application and sign-in.
Check if that makes any difference.
Could you please confirm if you experience this issue with some particular document or with all?
Please check with different PDFs which includes links.
Would it be possible for you to share the problematic PDF with us? Use the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud.
You can also share the document in a private message. Refer to the steps provided here How Do I Send Private Message
Also, share the current application and iOS version installed on the device.
