Navigating through pdf while writing with a pen?

I am wondering if there is an option to enable moving with two fingers (scrolling or zooming,..) while adding handwritten notes to a pdf in Adobe reader on android. It is kind of annoying when I start writing and run out of space, that I have to close the pencil tool, then scroll/zoom/navigate through the page and then open the pencil tool again to continue may notes.

Is there a chance for an improvement update?
