Now easily access or work on PDFs in your outlook email attachments by linking the office 365 account to Acrobat Reader on an iOS device.
Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS now includes a new connector “Email attachments from Outlook”. It links your Office 365 account to the application and lists all the PDFs available in the Outlook email attachments for easy access instead of opening the Outlook application to search and open the email attachment. This new connector also provides you an option to link and show the OneDrive files from the same account.
Here are the steps to link your Outlook 365.
- Launch the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your iOS device.
- Go to Files > Location > Email attachments (From office 365) and tap on the “+” icon

- In the box disable the radio button if you do not wish to add the OneDrive account (by default the option is enabled)and then tap on “Continue”.

- Sign in using your credentials for the office 365 account.

- Accept the terms and conditions to link the account.

Once the account is linked, it will create two folders: The inbox folder and the Sent folder. These folders will show the list of all the PDFs which were received in the email inbox or sent as an email attachment.
