Buenas tardes_ No me permite desbloquear las funciones de la app, y tengo la inscripción mensual pagada. Solo me funciona en mi iPhone y no en las tabletas Apple. Me pueden decir que tengo que hacer para desbloquearlas.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

You may check the following steps and let me know if that helps:-

  • Check if your iPad is connecting with internet.
  • Make sure you are logged-in with same Adobe ID which you have used on iPhone.
  • Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases.
