It seems that you are looking for a delete option when the file is open. To delete a PDF in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application, use the steps as suggested here:

1. In the application, go to the location where the file is saved.

2. Tap on three dots appears at the right of the file name in the list.

3. Scroll up the screen to see all the options.

4. You will find delete as the last option in the appeared list.
