Not able to access free trial account

Created an account for a trial, but not able to combine the pdf files and asking for creating an account again. Can anyone please help.

As you have mentioned, you have created an account for trial. Did you register for the trial account?
When we create an Adobe account, it does not automatically start the trial.
We did check your Adobe account using the email address used for signing in to the community. There is no trial listed under your account.
Please let us know the steps you did to start a trial for the service.
